Our founding company, The McAlister Company, was established in 1973 with an exclusive focus on investments in undeveloped land parcels. In 2003, recognizing the need to broaden and diversify investment opportunities, the company moved to a fund structure and Rockspring Capital was formed.
Capitalizing on the opportunities in and around the “Texas Triangle,” the region including the robust real estate markets of Houston, San Antonio, Austin and Dallas/Fort Worth, we invest across different properties, cities and product types. This unique blend of investments has made us a partner of choice for regional and global investors that recognize the value of investing in the Texas market.
Each deal is supported by our active real estate arm, comprised of in-house acquisition and sales teams. By executing strategic market research, deal sourcing, closings, value-add asset management and property disposition, we bring deep market knowledge to fully maximize returns.
A second generation, privately-owned firm, Rockspring Capital currently manages and protects more than $300 million in assets for pension plans, foundations and endowments, wealth managers and private individuals.
With every investment, we uphold the highest level of integrity and adhere to the utmost ethical standards.
