In June, Rockspring Capital acquired a 10-acre property in the booming San Antonio neighborhood of Westover Hills. This commercial tract is located on the Southeast corner of Loop 1604 and Military Road.
The property is a great addition to our San Antonio portfolio with a wealth of options for end use, specifically in mixed-use retail. Situated at a bustling intersection of two major corridors, the property sits among significant residential subdivisions, commercial uses, new business facilities and the popular Sea World amusement park.
This being said, we are hard at work getting this site development ready as we don’t anticipate a long holding period, in fact we are negotiating a contract for the approximately 1.85 acre pad site. The far-west San Antonio area is one of the fastest growing in the city, increasing the potential for appreciation and ultimately providing an optimal investment for our partners.
